Professional Mortgage Connection, LLC maintains all borrower information received remains secure and confidential. We comply with all applicable consumer privacy laws, including any and all federal, state and local statues, regulations/rules applicable to the protection and privacy of our consumer’s information. This includes, but is not limited to, the privacy provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 and implementation of computer safeguards and secured files and offices. 

Professional Mortgage Connection, LLC collects and uses various types of your non-public personal information for its everyday business purposes. The types of information we collect and share depend on the mortgage financing product or service we provide to you. In order to process your transaction, obtain loan approval or to close any other financial agreement/transaction, we may share your income, debt, employment history, assets, credit history with necessary entities related to your transaction, such as investors, settlement companies, closing agents, credit agencies.

1. Non-public personal information we may collect comes from sources such as:

 Information you provide that identifies you; name, social security number, address, birth date, etc. 
 Information you provide on your application, or other forms, such as assets, income and other debt
 Information from credit reporting agencies regarding creditworthiness, credit history, etc.
 Information from other outside sources you may have a relationship with (for example bank account verifications, employment, property insurance, existing mortgage holders, etc.)

2. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations in order to guard all consumers’ nonpublic personal information.

3. We do not disclose any non-public personal information about you, or any former borrower, to anyone, except as permitted by law.
