Jim has 35 plus years' experience in the mortgage financing and community development industry. He formed Professional Mortgage Connection, LLC in 2005. Prior to that he was founder and CEO of Housing Opportunities, Inc., a nonprofit housing lending and counseling agency helping homebuyers and homeowners. Throughout his career, he developed innovative entreprenuerial homeownership products which were recognized and replicated locally, regionally and nationally. These products helped homebuyers and homeowners of all calibers.
